PEDAGOGIA: REFLEXÕES DA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA DE
ESTÁGIO

RESUMO
Este artigo tem como objetivo, evidenciar os conhecimentos construídos ao longo do processo
de formação, incorporando reflexões sobre a formação especialmente das experiências das
Práticas Pedagógicas de Ensino/Estágio. O trabalho teve como fundamentação teórica autores
como António Nóvoa, Marcelo Tardif, dentre outros. Durante o percurso, considerou-se
como processo dinâmico a aprendizagens em diferentes disciplinas, que dentro de situações
reais pode-se conhecer, compreender e aplicar na realidade vivenciada a união da teoria com a
prática, por ser um elo entre as disciplinas que englobam os núcleos temáticos da formação
básica do conhecimento didático-pedagógico, cuja finalidade é inserir-nos na realidade
prática, levando a refletir sobre a maneira de agir em determinadas situações de ensino,
sobretudo o ensino e a função da escola e a profissão do professor, possibilitando consolidar a
profissionalização com consciência e responsabilidade. Permitiu perceber ainda, que as
concepções sobre o ser professor vão se transformando e ampliando à medida que se põe em
praticas os saberes construídos no percurso do curso, permitindo a reflexão das práticas
educativas, com vista a analisar os problemas que emergem nas atividades educacionais, seus
fundamentos, seu significado, sua função, seus valores, soluções, contribuições, tendo como
instrumento de referência teórica. Assim, a teoria é um instrumento fundamental para a
construção do pensamento critico diante das práticas que norteiam as ações pedagógicas.

ABSTRAT
This article aims, highlight the knowledge constructed throughout the training process,
incorporating reflections on the formation and especially the experiences of pedagogical

practices of EnsinoEstágio. The work had as theoretical foundation authors such as Antonio
Nóvoa, Marcelo Tardif, among others. During the journey, it was considered as dynamic
learning process in different disciplines, that in real situations one can know, understand and
apply actually experienced the Union of theory with practice, for being a link between the
disciplines that encompass the thematic nuclei of basic training of didactic-pedagogic
knowledge, whose purpose is to insert ourselves in practical reality, leading to reflect on how
to act in certain situations of teaching, especially the teaching and the function of the school
and the teacher's profession, making it possible to consolidate professionalization with
conscience and responsibility. Allowed to realize that the conceptions on the teaching are
transforming and expanding as they put into practice knowledge built on the route of the
course, allowing the reflection of educational practices, with a view to analysing the problems
that emerge in educational activities, its foundations, its meaning, its function, its values,
solutions, contributions, having as reference tool. So, the theory is a fundamental instrument
for the construction of critical thought on the practices that guide the pedagogical actions.
