Diversidade e inclusão
Resumo
Este estudo versa o tema: Diversidade e Inclusão. A escolha do tema, foi
influenciada por aspectos relacionados com a nossa prática profissional
como docente, mas porque continua suscitar algum interesse, apesar de já
estudado.
Tem como propósito contribuir para uma reflexão acerca da situação da
diversidade escolar mais concretamente da inclusão das crianças com
necessidades educativas especiais.
Este estudo assenta, por isso, num quadro teórico que se centra na
escola inclusiva, diversidade e diferenciação pedagógica.
Com o intuito de conhecer a posição dos docentes em relação ao
objecto em estudo, foi distribuído um questionário a uma amostra de
professores do 1º Ciclo. Posteriormente, foi feita uma análise e
interpretação dos dados obtidos, através da metodologia quantitativa e
qualitativa.
Abstract
This study deals with the theme: Diversity and Inclusion. The choice of
this theme was influenced by aspects of our professional practice as
primary school teachers and also because, even though this subject has
already been studied, it remains scarcely discussed. It aims to reflect on the
situation of the educational diversity, emphasizing the inclusion of children
with special educational needs.
This study is based, therefore, in a theoretical framework that focuses its
attention on inclusive school, diversity and pedagogic diferenciation.
With the intention of knowing the position of teachers in relation to the
subject under study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of teachers
of the primary schools. Subsequently, the obtained data through
quantitative and qualitative methodology was analyzed.
