Ms. Aline Ribeiro Dantas de Teixeira Soares is Chief of the International
Advisory Board to the Minister in the Ministry of Social Development and Fight
against Hunger (MDS). She is a member of the official career of Specialists in
Public Policy and Management. Ms. Soares has an MSc in Education at the
University of Brasilia, and an MBA in Public Management at Fundação Getulio
Vargas. She has been working in the Ministry of Social Development since
2009. As a civil servant, Ms. Soares has also worked at CGU (ControladoriaGeral da União) and, as a consultant, she has developed projects at Receita
Federal, Câmara dos Deputados and ESAF, all regarding institutional
development and strategic planning.
