Soares da Costa Group Announces the Sale of a Subsidiary in
Costa Rica
Grupo Soares da Costa, SGPS, S.A., public company, informs that, within the scope of Concession’s
business area, it has agreed to alienate “Infraestruturas SDC Costa Rica, S.A”, a company fully owned by
the Group, which holds a 17% stake in the San Jose-Caldera motorway concessionaire, in Costa Rica.
The transaction is carried out with the Spanish company, Globalvia Inversiones, S.A.U., by 9.33 million
Euros, which includes additional capital contributions and other credits held over the alienated
company.
This sale of a non-strategic asset is in line with one of the objectives of the Group’s strategic plan, as
announced in due course.
