A preparation solution to the surface of aluminum alloys has been developed by our group, seeking the best condition to provide aesthetic value to the sample and allowing the accession of coatings. Among the changes only the bath containing NaOH, NaCl, Na2SO4 and HNO3 added aesthetic value to the sample, and allows the adhesion of the coating. Was deposited on AA6062T5 the hybrid binds chemically treated film base TEOS / GPTMS varying the number of layers, 1 or 2, and curing time, 25oC/ 48 hours or 55oC/ 24h and 160oC/ 3h, and evaluated the corrosion resistance. The results showed that the coating increased the life of the substrate in contact with NaCl 3.5%. The sample that showed the best effects were the barrier layers and two 48 hours cure time at 25oC.
