In the first place, notes the difficulty of organizing the common family life in the context of a dominant focus of the work, which requires the family to be increasingly flexible. [...] (*** Asian countries) Disparity of cult 78 In some geographical areas -­‐ like in Asia and North Africa -­‐ due to the low percentage of Catholics, a large number of families is composed of a Catholic spouse and the other of another religion. Some answers, even recognizing the wealth to the Church of mixed couples, demonstrate the inherent Christian education of children, especially where civil law conditions the religious affiliation of their sons difficulty. Sometimes adisparidade of family worship is configured as an opportunity or as a challenge to the growth in the Christian faith. O sofrimento causado pela não-­‐recepção dos sacramentos está claramente presente nos baptizados que estão conscientes da própria situação. Muitos sentem-­‐se frustrados e marginalizados. Alguns perguntam-­‐se por que motivo outros pecados são perdoados e este não; ou então, por que os religiosos e os sacerdotes que receberam a dispensa dos seus votos e dos ónus presbiterais podem celebrar o matrimónio, receber a comunhão, e os divorciados recasados não. Tudo isto põe em evidência a necessidade de uma formação e informação oportunas. Noutros casos, não se compreende como a própria situação irregular é o motivo para não poder receber os sacramentos; ao contrário, considera-­‐se que a culpa é da Igreja, que não admite tais circunstâncias. Nisto, indica-­‐se também o risco de uma mentalidade reivindicativa em relação aos sacramentos. Além disso, é muito preocupante a incompreensão da disciplina da Igreja, quando nega o acesso aos sacramentos em tais casos, como se se tratasse de uma punição. Um grande número de Conferências Episcopais sugere que se ajudem as pessoas em situação canonicamente irregular a não se considerarem “separados da Igreja, podendo, e melhor devendo, enquanto baptizados, participar na sua vida” (FC 84). Além disso, há respostas e observações, da parte de algumas Conferências Episcopais, que salientam a necessidade de que a Igreja se dote de instrumentos pastorais mediante os quais abrir a possibilidade de exercer uma misericórdia, clemência e indulgência mais amplas em relação às novas uniões. Sobre o acesso aos sacramentos 93. A respeito do acesso aos sacramentos, evidenciam-­‐se reacções diferenciadas por parte dos fiéis divorciados recasados. Na Europa (mas também nalguns países da América Latina e da Ásia), prevalece a tendência a resolver a questão através de alguns sacerdotes que aceitem o pedido de acesso aos sacramentos. A este propósito, indica-­‐se (em particular na Europa e na América Latina) um modo diferente de responder por parte dos pastores. Por vezes, estes fiéis afastam-­‐se da Igreja ou passam para outras confissões cristãs. Em vários países, não apenas europeus, para muitas pessoas esta solução individual não é suficiente, enquanto elas aspiram a uma readmissão pública aos sacramentos por parte da Igreja.
