A Tartaruga:
Na Asia, conta a lenda, que Deus criou o mundo numa carapaça de
tartaruga... Esta criatura quase mitica, aparecida ha alguns 230
milhões de anos atrás, agora protegida pelas autoridades de Cabo Verde,
foi escolhida como símbolo do Morabeza desde principios dos anos 70.
The Turtle:
A legend from Asia says God might have created the world into a turtle's
shell...This almost mythical creature, which appeared some 230 millions
years ago and which is now protected by the authorities of Cape Verde
was chosen by Morabeza to be its emblem since the early 70'.
