The Limited Warranty terms herein apply to countries in Asia, Oceania, Latin
America and Africa, with exception to following countries,
a. For Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Israel and Turkey, the general warranty period
shall be two (2) years.
b. For Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan,
Moldova, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, please refer to the last
pages of this hardcopy warranty booklet in Russian.

LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY
D-Link provides Limited Warranty for its product only to the person or
entity that originally purchased the product from D-Link or its authorized
reseller or distributor. D-Link will fulfill the warranty obligations according to
the local warranty policy of the country where you purchased your D-Link
product.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase from D-Link or its
authorized reseller or distributor. You may be required to provide a proof
of purchase as a condition of receiving a warranty service. Your sales or
delivery receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product, is your proof
of purchase. You are entitled to warranty service if required within the
warranty period under the terms and conditions of this document.

Any claim under this limited warranty must be submitted in writing before the end
of the warranty period to a Service Office with a written description of the Hardware
defect or Software nonconformance in sufficient detail to allow D-Link to confirm
the same. The original product owner must obtain a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number from the Service Office and, if requested, provide written proof of
purchase. After an RMA number is issued, the defective product must be packaged
securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to avoid damage in transit
with RMA number prominently marked outside the package. The packaged product
shall be insured and shipped to a Service Office with shipping costs prepaid. D-Link
may reject or return any product not packaged and shipped in strict compliance with
foregoing requirements, or for which an RMA number not visible outside the package.
The product owner agrees to pay reasonable handling and return shipping charges
for product not packaged and shipped in accordance with foregoing requirements, or
that determined by D-Link not to be defective or non-conforming.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The limited warranty provided by D-Link does not cover:
Products that have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification,
tampering, negligence, misuse, faulty installation, lack of reasonable care, repair or
service in any way that is not contemplated in the documentation for the product, or
if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed;
damage that occurs in shipment, due to act of God, failures due to power surge,
and cosmetic damage; and any hardware, software, firmware or other products or
services provided by anyone other than D-Link or any Service Office.

LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY
D-Link’s sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Hardware
(or any part thereof) at no charge to the original owner. Such repair or
replacement will be rendered at an Authorized D-Link Service Office (Service
Office). The replacement Hardware need not be new or of an identical model
or part; D-Link may in its discretion replace the defective Hardware with
any reconditioned product that D-Link reasonably determines substantially
equivalent or superior in all material respects to the defective Hardware.
The warranty period shall extend for an additional ninety (90) days after any
repaired or replaced Hardware is delivered. If a material defect is incapable
of correction, or if D-Link determines in its discretion that it is not practical
to repair or replace the defective Hardware, the price paid by the original
purchaser will be refunded upon return to D-Link of the defective Hardware. All
Hardware shall become the property of D-Link upon replacement or refund.
INFORMAÇÕES DE GARANTIA
D-Link warrants that the software portion of the product (Software) will substantially
conform to its then current functional specifications from the date of original delivery
for a period of ninety (90) days, if properly installed and operated on approved
hardware. D-Link’s sole obligation shall be to replace the non-conforming Software.
The replacement Software is provided only to the original licensee, and is subject to
the terms and conditions of the license granted by D-Link. The warranty period shall
extend for an additional ninety (90) days after any replacement Software is delivered.

LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE,
COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR
DATA CONTAINED IN, STORED ON, OR INTEGRATED WITH ANY PRODUCT
RETURNED TO D-LINK FOR WARRANTY SERVICE) RESULTING FROM THE
USE OF THE PRODUCT, RELATING TO WARRANTY SERVICE, OR ARISING
OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR A BREACH
OF THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR
REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT.
GOVERNING LAW
The Limited Warranty herein shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of
Singapore.

GARANTIA DE HARDWARE LIMITADA
A única obrigação da D-Link será reparar ou substituir o Hardware defeituoso
(ou qualquer parte do mesmo) . Esse reparo ou substituição será executado
em uma Assistência Técnica Autorizada da D-Link. A D-Link poderá, a seu
critério, substituir o Hardware defeituoso por qualquer produto que a D-Link
considere equivalente ou superior em todos os aspectos materiais ao Hardware
defeituoso. O Período da Garantia será prorrogado por mais noventa (90) dias
após o Hardware reparado ou substituído for entregue. Se um defeito material
for incapaz de ser corrigido, ou se a D-Link determinar, segundo seu próprio
critério, que não será prático reparar ou substituir o Hardware defeituoso, o
valor pago pelo comprador original será restituído com a devolução à D-Link do
Hardware defeituoso. Todo Hardware tornar-se-á propriedade da D-Link após a
substituição ou reembolso.
GARANTIA LIMITADA DO SOFTWARE
A D-Link garante que a parte de software deste produto ("Software")
será substancialmente compatível com as suas especificações atuais de
funcionamento da data da entrega original por um período de noventa (90)
dias, desde que adequadamente instalado e operado em hardware aprovado.
A única obrigação da D-Link será substituir o Software não conforme. O
Software substituto será fornecido somente ao licenciado original e estará
sujeito aos termos e condições da licença concedida pela D-Link. O período da
garantia será prorrogado por mais noventa (90) dias após qualquer Software
substituto ser entregue. Se uma não conformidade de material for incapaz de
ser corrigida, ou se a D-Link determinar, segundo seu próprio critério, que não
é possível substituir o Software não conforme, o preço pago pelo licenciado
original será restituído pela D-Link, desde que o Software não conforme (e
todas as suas cópias) sejam primeiramente devolvidos para a D-Link. A licença
concedida em relação a qualquer Software para o qual o reembolso for feito
terminará automaticamente.
O QUE VOCÊ DEVE FAZER PARA O SERVIÇO
DE GARANTIA
Qualquer reclamação sujeita a esta garantia limitada deverá ser apresentada
por escrito antes do término do Período de Garantia a uma Assistência Técnica
Autorizada com uma descrição por escrito do defeito do Hardware ou não
conformidade do Software com detalhes suficientes para permitir que a D-Link
confirme o mesmo. O proprietário original do produto precisará ligar para o
Suporte Técnico e apresentar a Nota Fiscal de Venda para obter um número de
Autorização de RMA (RMA - Return Material Authorization). Após a emissão do
número de RMA, o produto defeituoso deve ser embalado de forma segura, na
caixa original ou em embalagem apropriada, de forma a garantir que não seja
danificado durante o transporte, devendo o número do RMA ser marcado de
forma visível no lado externo da embalagem. O produto embalado deverá ser
remetido para uma Assistência Técnica Autorizada. A D-Link poderá rejeitar ou
devolver qualquer produto que não esteja embalado ou enviado estritamente
de acordo com os requerimentos anteriores, ou quando o número da RMA não
for visível do lado de fora da embalagem. O proprietário do produto irá pagar
os custos de manuseio e devolução de qualquer produto que não tenha sido
empacotado e enviado de acordo com os requerimentos anteriores, ou que
tenham sido avaliados pela D-Link como não tendo defeitos ou não conformes.
O QUE NÃO ESTÁ COBERTO
A garantia limitada fornecida pela D-Link não cobre:
Produtos, que no julgamento da D-Link tenham sido sujeitos a abusos,
acidentes, alteração, modificação, adulteração, negligência, uso
indevido, instalação defeituosa, falta de cuidado, qualquer conserto
ou serviço que não esteja contemplado na documentação do produto,
ou se o modelo ou número de série tiver sido alterado, adulterado,
apagado ou removido; danos que ocorram no transporte, sejam por
força maior, falhas devidas a falta de energia, e danos aparentes; e
qualquer hardware, software, firmware ou outros produtos ou serviços
fornecidos por qualquer outro que não a D-Link ou qualquer Escritório
de Serviços.

DA D-LINK ESTA CONECTADO, PERDA DE INFORMAÇÕES OU
DADOS CONTIDOS OU ARMAZENADOS OU INTEGRADOS A
QUALQUER PRODUTO QUE TENHA SIDO DEVOLVIDO A D-LINK
PARA SERVIÇO DE GARANTIA) RESULTANTES DO USO DESTE
PRODUTO, RELACIONADO COM A GARANTIA DE SERVIÇO,
OU QUE SE APRESENTE ATRAVÉS DE UMA QUEBRA DESTA
GARANTIA LIMITADA, MESMO QUE A D-LINK TENHA SIDO
AVISADA DA POSSIBILIDADE DESTE PREJUÍZO. A ÚNICA
ALTERNATIVA PARA UMA QUEBRA DESTA GARANTIA É O
CONSERTO, SUBSTITUIÇÃO OU DEVOLUÇÃO DO PRODUTO
DEFEITUOSO OU NÃO-CONFORME.
LEI REGENTE
Esta Garantia Limitada será regulada pelas leis do país onde o
produto foi adquirido.

Declaração de Direitos Autorais
É proibida a reprodução de qualquer parte desta publicação
sob qualquer forma ou por qualquer meio, tais como tradução,
transformação ou adaptação sem autorização da D-Link Corporation/
D-Link International.

1. Производитель гарантирует отсутствие производственных дефектов и
неисправностей Оборудования и несет ответственность по гарантийным
обязательствам в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
2. Гарантийный период 2 года установлен на все устройства продуктовой линейки
D-Link поставляемые в Эстонию, Латвию, Литву, Израиль и Турцию
3. Гарантийные период 1 год установлен на все устройства продуктовой линейки
D-Link поставляемые в Россию, Украину, Беларусь, Казахстан, Узбекистан,
Армению, Азербайджан, Молдову, Туркменистан, Таджикистан, Киргизстан и
Монголию.
4. Файрволы серии DFL, управляемые коммутаторы и коммутаторы серии
SMART изготовленные не ранее 2007 года попадают под действие
ограниченной пожизненной гарантии в соответствии с информацией на сайте
www.dlink.ru для стран Россия, Украина, Беларусь, Казахстан, Узбекистан,
Армения, Азербайджан, Молдова, Туркменистан, Таджикистан, Киргизстан,
Эстония, Латвия, Литва, Монголия, Израиль и Турция
5. Гарантийный период исчисляется c момента приобретения устройства у
официального дилера на территории России и стран СНГ и составляет:
2.1. для всех устройств, блоков питания и вентиляторов охлаждения - один год;
2.2. для Вoot ROM, сплиттеров, фильтров, кабелей и прочих комплектующих - 90
дней.
Вне зависимости от даты продажи гарантийный срок не может превышать
2 года с даты производства изделия, которая определяется по 6 ( год ) и 7 (
месяц ) цифрам серийного номера.
6. В течение гарантийного срока Производитель обязуется бесплатно устранить
дефекты Оборудования путем его ремонта или замены на аналогичное
при условии, что дефект возник по вине Производителя. Устройство,
предоставляемое для замены, может быть как новым, так и восстановленным,
но в любом случае Производитель гарантирует, что его характеристики будут
не хуже, чем у заменяемого устройства.
7. Выполнение Производителем гарантийных обязательств по ремонту
вышедшего из строя оборудования влечет за собой увеличение гарантийного
срока на время ремонта оборудования.
8. Если срок гарантии истекает ранее чем через месяц после ремонта устройства,
то на него устанавливается дополнительная гарантия сроком на 30 дней с
момента окончания ремонта.
9. Производитель не несет ответственности за совместимость своего
Программного Обеспечения с любыми аппаратными или программными
средствами, поставляемыми другими производителями, если иное не
оговорено в прилагаемой Документации.
10.Ни при каких обстоятельствах Производитель не несет ответственности
за любые убытки, включая потерю данных, потерю прибыли и другие
случайные, последовательные или косвенные убытки, возникшие вследствие
некорректных действий по инсталляции, сопровождению, эксплуатации
либо связанных с производительностью, выходом из строя или временной
неработоспособностью Оборудования.
11.Производитель не несет ответственности по гарантии в случае, если
произведенные им тестирование и/или анализ показали, что заявленный
дефект в изделии отсутствует, либо он возник вследствие нарушения правил
инсталляции или условий эксплуатации, а также любых действий, связанных
с попытками добиться от устройства выполнения функций, не заявленных
Производителем.
12.Условия гарантии не предусматривают чистку и профилактику оборудования
силами и за счет Производителя.
13.Производитель не несет ответственности за дефекты и неисправности
Оборудования, возникшие в результате:
o несоблюдения правил транспортировки и условий хранения, технических
требований по размещению и эксплуатации;
o неправильных действий, использования Оборудования не по назначению,
несоблюдения инструкций по эксплуатации;
o механических воздействий; (Оборудование с явными механическими
повреждениями, трещинами, сколами на корпусе и внутри устройства,
сломанными антеннами и контактами разъемов).;
o действия обстоятельств непреодолимой силы (таких как пожар, наводнение,
землетрясение и др. или влияния случайных внешних факторов , как броски
напряжения в электрической сети и пр.)

PROTECTING AGAINST
ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE
Static electricity can harm delicate components inside your system. To prevent static damage, discharge static
electricity from your body before you touch any of the electronic components, such as the microprocessor. You
can do so by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface on the chassis.
You can also take the following steps to help prevent damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD):
1. When unpacking a static-sensitive component from its shipping carton, do not remove the
component from the antistatic packing material until you are ready to install the component in your
system. Just before unwrapping the antistatic packaging, be sure to discharge static electricity from
your body.
2. When transporting a sensitive component, first place it in an antistatic container or packaging.
3. Handle all sensitive components in a static-safe area. If possible, use antistatic floor pads,
workbench pads, and an antistatic grounding strap.

Please adhere to the following safety guidelines to help ensure your own personal safety and
protect your system from potential damage. Any acts taken that are inconsistent with ordinary use of

Unless expressly approved by an authorized representative of D-Link in writing, you may not and
may not permit others to:
• Disassemble or reverse engineer the device or attempt to derive source code (underlying ideas,
algorithms, or structure) from the device or from any other information provided by
D-Link, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Modify or alter the device.
• Remove from the device any product identification or other notices, including copyright notices
and patent markings, if any.
• Operate the device only from the type of external power source indicated on the electrical ratings label.
• To help avoid damaging your device, be sure the voltage selection switch (if provided) on the power
supply is set to match the power available at your location.
• Also be sure that attached devices are electrically rated to operate with the power available in your location.
• Use only approved power cable(s). If you have not been provided a power cable for your device or for
any AC-powered option intended for your device, purchase a power cable that is approved for use in
your country and is suitable for use with your device. The power cable must be rated for the device and
for the voltage and current marked on the device’s electrical ratings label. The voltage and current rating
of the cable should be greater than the ratings marked on the device.
• To help prevent an electrical shock, plug the device and peripheral power cables into properly grounded
electrical outlets. These cables are equipped with three-prong plugs to help ensure proper grounding. Do
not use adapter plugs or remove the grounding prong from a cable. If you must use an extension cable,
use a 3-wire cable with properly grounded plugs.
• Observe extension cable and power strip ratings. Ensure that the total ampere rating of all products
plugged into the extension cable or power strip does not exceed 80 percent of the ampere ratings limit
for the extension cable or power strip.
• To help protect your device from sudden, transient increases and decreases in electrical power, use a surge
suppressor, line conditioner, or uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
• Do not modify power cables or plugs. Consult a licensed electrician or your power company for site
modifications. Always follow your local/national wiring rules.
• When connecting or disconnecting power to hot-pluggable power supplies, if offered with your device,
observe the following guidelines:
• Install the power supply before connecting the power cable to the power supply.
• Unplug the power cable before removing the power supply.
• If the system has multiple sources of power, disconnect power from the device by unplugging all power
cables from the power supplies.
Servicing/Disassembling
• Do not service any product except as expressly set forth in your system documentation.
• Opening or removing covers that are marked with the triangular symbol with a lightning bolt may expose
you to an electrical shock. Only a trained service technician should service components inside these
compartments.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, never disassemble this device. None of its internal parts are userreplaceable; therefore, there is no reason to access the interior.
• Do not spill food or liquids on your system components, and never operate the device in a wet
environment. If the device gets wet, see the appropriate section in your troubleshooting guide or contact
your trained service provider.
• Use the device only with approved equipment.
• Move products with care; ensure that all casters and/or stabilizers are firmly connected to the system.
Avoid sudden stops and uneven surfaces.
Environment
• Do not use this device near water (e.g. near a bathtub, sink, laundry tub, fish tank, in a wet basement or
near a swimming pool).
• Do not use this device in areas with high humidity.
• This device must not be subjected to water or condensation.
• Keep your device away from radiators and heat sources. Also, do not block cooling vents.
Cleaning
• Always unplug the power before cleaning this device.
• Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners of any kind. Use only compressed air that is recommended for
electronic devices.
• Use a dry cloth for cleaning.
To reduce the risk of bodily injury, electrical shock, fire, and damage to the device and other
equipment, observe the following precautions:
Power Sources
• Observe and follow service markings.
• Do not push any objects into the openings of your device unless consistent with the authorized
operation of the device. Doing so can cause a fire or an electrical shock by shorting out interior

• The powering of this device must adhere to the power specifications indicated for this product.
• Do not overload wall outlets and/or extension cords as this will increase the risk of fire or electrical

• Position system cables and power cables carefully; route cables so that they cannot be stepped
on or tripped over. Be sure that nothing rests on any cables.
