O relatório único - Dever declarativo
A regulamentação do Código do Trabalho criou uma obrigação declarativa anual única, a cargo dos
empregadores abrangidos pelo Código do Trabalho e legislação específica dele decorrente, que consiste
na prestação de informação sobre a actividade social da empresa.
O Relatório Único deve ser entregue através de um formulário electrónico próprio.
O Relatório Único é constituído pelo relatório e por 6 anexos. O anexo A refere-se ao quadro de pessoal,
o anexo B ao fluxo de entrada e saída de trabalhadores, o anexo C ao relatório anual de formação
contínua, o anexo D ao relatório anual das actividades do serviço de segurança e saúde, o anexo E a
greves e o anexo F a informação sobre prestadores de serviços.
O prazo para entrega decorre entre 16 de Março e 15 de Abril do ano seguinte àquele a que respeita.

Mandatory report on the companies’ social activity
The Portuguese Labour Code regulation establishes a mandatory report - Relatório Unico – which consists
in providing information on the social activity of the company.
It’s an annual communication that must be made by the employer.
That report has a specific application form that must be filled in and sent by e-mail.
The report consists of the data report and six Annexes. Annex A refers to the staff; Annex B to the inflow
and outflow of workers; Annex C to the annual report on vocational training; Annex D to the annual
report on health and safety; Annex E to the annual report on strikes and Annex F to the information on
service providers.
The submission period runs between 16 March and 15 April and refers to the social activity of the
company developed in the year before.
