Higienópolis, CEP 15085-485 ("Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the
Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") that, in response to requests
made by the CVM in OFÍCIO/CVM/SEP/GEA-1/N º 158/2010, resubmitted this date, the
Proposal by the Board of Directors for the Annual General Meeting, to be held on April
29, 2010, with adjustments and clarifications in the letter.
