Belo Horizonte, February 12, 2014 — MRV Engenharia e Participações S.A.
(BM&FBOVESPA: MRVE3 - ADR OTC: MRVNY) (‘Company’), pursuant to Article 12 of
CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby discloses to the market the following communication
from its shareholder, JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. (“JPMAMH”):
The participation of the investment funds and accounts under JPMAMH’s management
decreased from 24,550,750 to 23,776,420 shares, from 5.08% to 4.98%, respectively,
of the total common shares issued by the Company.
As a result, it no longer holds a relevant interest in the Company’s total capital stock,
as defined by Article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/02.
