corredor A, in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro, registered with CVM under number 19879, inscribed in
the roll of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under number 03.378.521/0001-75 (“Company”), hereby informs
that, in compliance with the OFFICIAL LETTER 104/2015/CVM/SEP/GEA-1, dated March 30, 2015, it has
resubmitted, on this date, the Management Proposal for the Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders’
Meeting, to be held on April 10, 2015, originally disclosed on March 11, 2015.
