CCP announces partnership to new
Shopping Mall development in Belém, capital of Pará
São Paulo, November 9, 2010 – Cyrela Commercial Properties S.A. Empreendimentos e
Participações (BMF&Bovespa: CCPR3) hereby announces a partnership with Aliansce
Shopping Centers S.A. (BMF&Bovespa: ALSC3) for the development of the Parque Shopping
Belém mall in the city of Belém, state of Pará. According to the agreement, CCP will indirectly hold
a 25% interest in the project.
The mall's site has total area of 58,000 m² and its construction potential allows for including a multiuse project in the development, such as commercial towers. The project has GLA of approximately
28,100 m² (with capacity for future expansion by another 6,500 m²), 170 stores, including five
anchor stores and five mega stores, a movie theater, a leisure area and 1,200 parking spaces. The
project is expected to be concluded by the first half of 2012.
Parque Shopping Belém Mall
The site where the mall will be built is located in a region of the city that has been presenting high
growth rates in recent years, due to the launching of several residential developments.
