It’s located in Belém one of the hot-spots of Lisbon’s nightlife. With an exceptional view of the River Tagus, the BBC is a mixture of restaurant and bar and is considered one of the top 10 dance clubs in Lisbon. Belém is not only home to the BBC but many of the nation’s distinctive buildings and landmarks are located in this area. There are hundreds of years of Portuguese history lying along the busy waterfront, and you will find palaces and other monuments sandwiched between modern shops and museums all along this beautiful Lisbon`s suburb. The modern age has been intricately interwoven, making the Belém riverfront a must visit. The check in will be opened as from 8:00 a.m. Badges The badges must be worn at the secretariat desk. It is mandatory for all participants to wear their badges visibly throughout the meeting, as it is the entrance ticket to all sessions and for the lunches. Certificate of participation After filling and submitting a brief evaluation questionnaire sent by email, your certificate of participation shall be forwarded to your e-mail address. Conference language English. Book of Abstracts In keeping with the protection of our environment, the book of Abstracts will be offer to you in the USB pen, which would be found inside your bag. Posters exhibition The electronic posters can be seen on the computers at the auditorium lobby. Wi-Fi Your password for the auditorium Wi-Fi will be available at the secretariat desk. Meals There will be four coffee breaks, at the auditorium lobby and two lunches will be served at sala multiusos das Casas da Cidade, located at the building next to the Hospital. Public transport If you will be using the subway, you should exit at Colégio Militar/Luz Station. Should you traveling by bus, please get on, either bus number 729, 765 or 799 which will take you to approximately 150 m from Hospital da Luz. You can also take a taxi (it is reasonably priced when compared to other european cities).
