Rui Manuel Pereira Pedro, with a licentiate degree in Business Administration from
Universidade Católica Portuguesa, joined Banco Comercial Português in 1990 where he
exercised several functions in different Divisions of the Bank and of Subsidiary
Companies, exercising the functions of Head of the Companies Marketing Division from
2000 to 2003. From 2004 to 2010, he exercised functions in Bank Millennium in Poland,
namely as Manager of the Planning Division. In 2011, he was appointed member of the
Executive Committee and of the Board of Directors of Banca Millennium, SA in Romania,
functions he exercised until 2014. Since January 2015, he is Coordinator Manager of the
Audit Division of Banco Comercial Português, S.A.
