The building from 1935, was reopen in 2007 with
the expert´s work of the architect António Realinho.
The symbiosis of the Alentejo´s architecture, of the
interior design´s details, of the collection´s dialogue
spread through all spaces, result in the learning
experience from our rural and industrial history, with
the confort of the new tecnologies.
It´s a quirky hotel, with a serene ambiance, softtly
sofisticated, very discret.
All the 13 guest rooms are individually designed,
have elegant and contemporary furniture, with old
pieces restored or village`s paintings, healthy a lot
comfortable and cosy. They were equipped with
electronic locks, luxury beds ( termique control,

The space was implanted in a old olive´s factory,
have part of the industry´s spoil hotel and the dinning
room are very pleasant ambience.
Local specialities are served at Lunch or Dinner, such
as “ Cabrito de Cachafrito”, “Carne de Porco á
Alentejana”, “Alhada de Cação”, ”Açorda”,
“ Bacalhau com Espargos” and the Famous
Conventual´s Dishes of Alentejo ( “Sericaia” with
chestnut, “Encharcada”, “Licor de Poejo “ all made
in Restaurant´s kitchen with natural and regional
products. The Wine List host a very careful selection
