“ It is important to notice that the process implemented at
Graded School is also conducive

education for the teachers who participated in it. The fact that
the evaluation is shared among the classroom teacher, the
corrector, and the coordinator and that, later on, its results
are discussed by the group as a whole, makes this
evaluation process a development tool for the group of
educators involved because, if one is open to expose ones
ideas to the others, one also learns, with the others, the
many possibilities of positive interventions in the learning
