RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN "Christmas 2014" 1º Organization of the campaign 1.1- The organizer of the campaign, is MoneyGram International Limited, VAT number 893 416 692 GB, with headquarters in MoneyGram International Floor 1 Limited - Senator House 85 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AB, United Kingdom 1.2- The promotional campaign "Christmas 2014 ", with the name "Promotional Campaign" to follow, will be carried out in accordance with this Regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. 2º Duration of campaign, area of development and object 2.1 - The Promotion Campaign will be held in the whole territory of Portugal, from November 17, 2014 to December 17, 2014, both dates included ("Promotional Period"), subject to hours of operation of Novo Banco’s locations, and will be organized and developed exclusively in locations of Novo Banco, (where the information concerning the campaign can be found), in accordance with the mechanism of the campaign. The promotion ends on 17 December 2014 subject to the hours of operation of Novo Banco’s locations 2.2- In case the Manager decides to shorten or extend the duration of this campaign, such change will be notified to all the participants, by publishing the warnings at the in places locations of Novo Banco, at least 2 days prior to the date of such amendments 2.3- The Promotional Campaign is intended to promote the money transfer service, for transfer send transactions performed at any location of Novo Banco , through MoneyGram’s Money Transfer Service between during the Promotional Period subject to hours of operation of Novo Banco’s locations. 2.4 - The official rules of the campaign are available free of charge, for any candidate. For more details about the Promotional Campaign, the participants may request a consultation of regulation for free in places of Novo Banco 2.5- The Participation in this campaign requires the acknowledgement and full acceptance, without any reservations, of these terms and conditions and does not involve any costs to the participant. 2.6- Participation in the campaign is free. 3º Participation rights. Mechanism of Campaign. 3.1 - The Promotional Campaign is open to all individuals who use the MoneyGram’s Money Transfer Service mentioned in section 2 above, and that, in order to be considered eligible to participate, cumulatively, will have to fulfill the following conditions:: a) Be resident in Portugal. b) Have the age of 18 years before November 17, 2014. c) Run at least 1 send transaction using the Money Transfer Service of MoneyGram in any location of the Novo Banco during the Promotional Period, to any Country not listed in section 3.5 d) Comply with the conditions of this regulation until December 17, 2014. 3.2 - Cannot participate in this campaign the employees of MoneyGram or Novo Banco, or first-degree relatives (parents and children) and husband/wife of the above are not allowed to participate in the promotional campaign. 1 de 3 3.3 - The transactions canceled will not participate in promotional campaign. 3.4 - The 3€ discount applicable to the commission fee applied to the transfer send transaction will be granted to the initial 3.000 transactions. 3.5- For the purposes of this campaign and in order to receive the discount, the transfer send transactions conducted to the following Countries of Destination are excluded: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria; China; Czech Republic; Cyprus, Estonia; Finland; France; Germany, Greece; Hungary; Ireland; Italy; Latvia; Lithuania; Luxemburg; Malta; Netherlands; Poland; Portugal; Romania; Slovakia; Slovenia; Spain and Sweden 4º Description of the discount. 4.1 The prizes offered in this Promotional Campaign consist on 3€ discount applicable to the commission fee applied to the transfer send transaction conducted at Novo Banco’s locations. 4.2. The discounts offered in this campaign are limited to the first 3.000 (three thousand) transfer send transactions to any Country of destination excluding those listed in section 3.5 of the present regulations. 5º Termination/cessation of the Campaign 5.1- MoneyGram reserves the right, at any time, suspend, cancel, change, shorten, delay or prolong this promotion, as well as review the terms and conditions of this regulation, where this is justified or motivated by force majeure, by fraudulent or illegal activity, by some external fact, outside the control of the MoneyGram that affect the proper functioning of the promotion. In these circumstances, the participants will not be entitled to any type of compensation. 5.2- MoneyGram also reserves the right to amend this regulation, being that the changes will be communicated to participants. 5.3- MoneyGram cannot be held liable for any incidents that occur after applying the discount to participants. Any claim or clarification can be obtained through the Department of Customer MoneyGram. In these circumstances, the participants will not be entitled to any compensation 5.4 - Participation in this promotion implies full knowledge and unequivocal acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this regulation and ensure the consent of the participant to the possible use of their personal data, as provided for in the preceding paragraph. 6º Processing personal data 6.1- All participants in the campaign are guaranteed their rights under the Decree-Law 67/98 of 26th of October. 6.2- By the simple participation in this campaign the participants agree and acknowledge that their data will be available at the database of MoneyGram International Limited. The participants agree and that their data will be used the future by these companies or by legal persons authorized by them, to inform by various means of communication (mail, e-mail, telephone, SMS or other means of communication) the participants on new products, offers, promotions, advertising and marketing campaigns. 6.3- Each participant in the campaign agrees on the use of personal data by the Promoter for marketing purposes and has the right to request exclusion from the MoneyGram database in written request to MoneyGram at the following address, to the attention of the Marketing Department: Apartado 19170 EC Gare do Oriente, 1991-999 Lisboa. Portugal 6.4- At the request of participants, in written form to the Organizer and/or MoneyGram, the latter undertakes: a) To confirm whether or not he processes personal data, without charge, once a year; b) To provide information on the participant’s data being processed, correct and update, free of charge, the participant’s personal data; c) To cease the processing and treatment of the participant’s personal data for advertising purposes. 2 de 3 8º Applicable law. Litigations 8.1-Any disagreement between the MoneyGram and Campaign participants will be resolved amicably, and if it is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the court of law at the MoneyGrams’s headquarters. 8.2-The applicable law is the Portuguese law. 8.3-Any complaints arising during the campaign can be sent to the attention of Marketing Department at the following address: PO Box 19170 JV Oriente Station 1991-999 Lisbon, Portugal 8.4- All complaints should be sent within a maximum of 2 weeks after the conclusion of the campaign. After this date, the Manager shall not take into consideration any complaint submitted. 9º Other provisions of the regulation 9.1- By participating in this campaign, the participants agree and accept unconditionally and irrevocably the provisions of this Regulation. If the organizer finds that the user has entered into failure and/or breach of the conditions stipulated by this regulation, it reserves the right to suspend the rights and benefits of the participant, without any compensation or payment. 9.2- MoneyGram is not responsible for any violation of copyright or other practiced by participants of the promotion. 9.3- The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for any printing error in communications, posters, adjustment or communications about this promotional campaign. 9.4 - MoneyGram will not responsible for inability to participate in the promotion due to errors of failure or network, and is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, damaged or poorly targeted, not delivered. 3 de 3
