Open Call for a Research Fellowship (Masters) A part of the project UID/ECO/00124/2013 Open call for two Research Fellowships within the Project UID/ECO/00124/2013 funded by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT), with the following conditions: 1. Duration, location and scope of activity: Duration of 12 months with estimated start date on May 1, 2015. Activities will be implemented at Nova School of Business and Economics, according to the regulation of advanced training and qualification of human resources of the FCT (http://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/regulamento.phtml.en) and rules for allocation of fellowships in research and development (http://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/normasbolsasemprojectosunidades.phtml.en). 2. Activity e scientific orientation: All fellowship activities will be related to the project above, namely, within the management thematic lines The scientific orientation will be in charge of Prof. Álvaro Ferreira da Silva. 3. Academic Requeriments: Masters in Social Sciences, Management or Psychology, preference to students already attending a PhD in Management. 4. Evaluation Criteria: Holders of a Masters degree in Social Sciences, Management or Psychology, preference to students already attending a PhD in Management. Perfect fluence in the English language (writing, reading and speaking). Motivation and experience for the project’s research area mentioned above will be valued. 5. Salary: € 980 monthly, according to the table of values of the Research Grants in the country given by FCT. 6.
