REQUEST FOR A VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 BBX Minerals Limited (Company) requests a voluntary
suspension of its securities from ASX.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following
information regarding this request:
1. The reason for the suspension is that the Company intends to make an
announcement regarding exploration results.
2. The Company requests that the suspension continue until the announcement
referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.
3. The event which will end the suspension is the announcement referred to in
paragraph 1.
4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
