NOTICE OF NON-INSTALLATION OF THE EXTRAORDINARY
SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF BRASIL BROKERS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A.
SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 8, 2010.
On October 8, 2010, at 11:00 am, the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer and
Controller Alvaro Luiz Lisboa Barata Soares was present at the headquarters of Brasil
Brokers Participações S.A. (“BBRK” or “Company”), at Avenida das Américas, nº 500,
Bloco 19, Sala 303 e 304, Barra da Tijuca, CEP 22.604-940, in the city and state of Rio
de Janeiro, in order to convene BBRK’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
(“Meeting”), which had been scheduled for this date through the publication of the Call
Notices in the Diário Oficial do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and in the newspapers Valor
Econômico (Rio de Janeiro edition) and Valor Econômico (São Paulo edition), on
September 23, 24 and 27, 2010 (first call) and on October 13, 14 and 15, 2010 (second
call).
Given the lack of quorum required for the installation of the Meeting, the Company’s
Executive Board will publish another Call Notice to hold the Meeting in second call, on
October 22, 2010, at 11:00 am, at the headquarters of BBRK, to resolve on the matters
on the agenda.
