Também é possível alugar uma República a um grupo de estudantes, no mínimo 4
e no máximo 9, caso haja disponibilidade. / It is possible to rent one student’s house
to a group of minimum 4 to maximum 9 people, if available.

Check-in
Late Check-In: é considerado “Late Check-In” – check in fora de horas – quando a
recepção/acolhimento ao novo residente é realizada entre as 21:00h e as 09:00h da
manhã. Aplica-se uma taxa de €30 / There is a Late Check In Fee of 30 euros when the
check in is scheduled between 21.00 and 09:00.Delays concerning check in arrivals –
from 21:00 to 09:00 - are not Room4u’s responsibility and therefore will be charged with
the check-in late fee.
Check-in ao Fim de Semana: quando a recepção/acolhimento ao novo Residente é
realizada ao Sábado ou ao Domingo aplica-se uma taxa de €10. / Weekend Check In:
when the check in is scheduled for Saturdays or Sundays a fee of €10 will be charged.
Aplicam-se estas taxas sempre que se verifique uma das situações acima descritas em
que a gerência não tenha qualquer responsabilidade / These fees are applied whenever
one of the above mentioned situations happen and they aren’t Lisbon4u’s responsibility.
Rooms4u tenta incutir uma responsabilidade ambiental aos seus residentes através da
reciclagem, da poupança de energia e de outros recursos/ Rooms4u tries to make his
clients aware of environment issues through recycling and saving energy and resources.
É permitido aos residentes receber visitas, inclusive para dormir. / It is allowed to receive
visits inclusive to stay overnight.
Nos dias 30 e 31 de Janeiro e 27 e 28 de Agosto e as Student’s Houses fecham para
limpeza geral. / During the 30th, 31st January and 27th, 28th August the Student’s
houses are closed for a major cleaning.
