RESUMO
ABSTRACT
O presente ensaio se destina a lançar luzes sobre como surgiu, como deveria ser,
o que é, como atua e como poderia ser o
Judiciário brasileiro. As discussões passam
pela necessidade do aprimoramento da
gestão, da eficiência e da democratização
do Judiciário. Por fim, lançamos algumas
propostas que se destinam a repensar as
estruturas e os objetivos do Judiciário.
This paper is intended to shed light on how
the Brazilian Judiciary came about, the way
it should be, the way it is, how it operates
and the way it could be. The discussions
stem from the need to improve the management, efficiency and democratization of
the Judiciary. Finally, we put forward some
proposals intended to rethink the structures
and goals of the Judiciary.
