Syllabus: This subject will address the theoretical and practical principles of food
analysis through instrumental methods. Spectrometric methods. Chromatographic
methods. Treatment and analysis of analytical data. The subject intends to offer a
comprehensive, critical view on these methods advantages and limitations and their
application in foods.
