In the past I have played in amateur bands, mostly on classic rock & roll. I also like playing bass guitar and drums. Sports I am a big fan of sports. Currently, I play for two indoor soccer clubs (futsal) at the University of Twente. One of them I captained during 2013. I also play tennis, and I enjoy both summer and winter mountain sports. 10 Travel I enjoy the process of traveling and knowing different cultures. Until now, I have travelled to countries in Europe, South America and North America. Books I like reading general knowledge books. The latest books I have read (by mid-2014) are: A Short History of Nearly Everything by B. Bryson, The Greatest Show on Earth by R. Dawkins, Physics of the Impossible by M. Kaku and A Universe from Nothing by L. Krauss. I also enjoy reading novels, and D. Adams and J. R. R. Tolkien are among my favorite authors.
