Cyrela Brazil Realty announces partnership in
São José dos Campos
São Paulo, August 21, 2007 – Continuing with its geographical expansion strategy, Cyrela
Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações (Bovespa: CYRE3) hereby announces the
establishment of a partnership with Construtora Santa Izabel Ltda. (“Santa Izabel”) to operate
in the city of São José dos Campos, in the state of São Paulo.
As a result of this agreement, Cyrela and Santa Izabel will jointly develop real estate projects in
São José dos Campos and plan to launch undertakings worth R$ 36 million in 2007 and R$ 100
million in 2008. Cyrela will retain an 80% share of the new projects and will be responsible for
their financial management. Santa Izabel will be responsible for seeking out new business
opportunities, coordinating project development, construction and client service, always
respecting the quality standards for which both firms are renowned. All decisions on each stage
of the process will be taken jointly.
