Brazil is a complex country. Pockets of ‘developed world’ can be found sometimes surrounded by pockets of ‘fourth world’; in between, huge areas of an ascending but challenging society can also be found. Organizations in Brazil must be able to cope with all that complexity. That makes the decision-making process even more difficult.
