1. INTRODUCTION
Lisboa is Portugal’s capital and biggest city, located on the
shores of the Tagus estuary; and was the starting point
of the portuguese discoveries throughout the Atlantic
Ocean in what was a major adventure of the 15th century.
Lisboa is a historical city, where one thousand years
of diversified cultural influences mixed with the most
modern tendencies and life styles, resulting in truly
amazing contrasts; from the ultra modern architecture
of Parque das Nações to the glorified Barroc and Art
Nouveau mansions, all under the same blue cloudless sky.
Arriving at Lisboa there is the certainty of a always present
sunlight, that creates a multicolored mirror with its river,
enhancing the unique and beautiful architectonic weft.
The city of seven hills as it is called since its primordial, is
a city, rich architectonical heritage from the monuments
04
to the typical and genuine burghs, and qualified modern
buildings, all coming together to provide an urban
planning adequate to an ideal modern city.
From the estuary of the Tagus rises the monumental
Belém area intrinsically connected to the XV century
Discoveries, since its shores were the departing point
of the ships that sailed adventurously into uncharted
waters. Nowadays this is a wide area, with big gardens,
and an imponent architectural legacy led by Mosteiro
dos Jerónimos, the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, the
Torre de Belém and its modern cultural center, the Centro
Cultural de Belém.
On the other end of the city shore we find Parque das
Nações, a lively, dynamic and multipurpose area that
featured the ‘98 World Expo. It is a big area of public
05
fruition that brings the city and the river together
in a perfect sense, with its vast river front allowing a
magnificent view over the other shore of the river and
Vasco da Gama bridge, Europe’s longest.
Living in Lisboa allows you to enjoy its parks, gardens
and belvederes, its gastronomy, in coffees, terraces,
typical restaurants, hotels and shopping areas, without
forgetting its leisure facilities such as golf, sailing,
cycling or windsurf.
Lisboa is a city where tradition is lived day by day allied
to modernity, therefore providing an excellent quality
of life.
Lisboa, a personal experience.

commercial areas, office buildings and residential
buildings.
10
11
MIGUEL BOMBARDA
Located near Campo de Santana, close to the heart of the
city and Marquês de Pombal, it can be seen from the most
important sites in Lisbon. Keeping the original perimeter
of the first monastery built here, the project will provide
a green lung in the center of the city. Inspired on the
Village of San Giminiano and its towers, it consists of
housing, commerce and 2 historic buildings, D. Maria II
Bath, which will undergo rehabilitation in the near future.
12
13
MARIA DROSTE
Building land with excellent accessibilities and located
near Torres de Lisboa Office Park, airport, Colombo
Shopping Center and Estádio da Luz for housing,

where the houses will be built will strongly increase
its investment value.
14
15
BERNA

axis of 3 public transportation interfaces and therefore
with excellent accessibilities. In the surrounding area
one can find a major hospital, the Gulbenkian gardens

mainly residential. The new neighborhoods preserve the
topography and the excellent views over the Tagus River.
18

Alentejo’s coast stands today in Europe as one of the
best examples of an unexplored coastline, practically
maintaining its natural biophysical characteristics along
its’ extension.
Separating the Atlantic Ocean from the Alentejo’s plains
there is a golden sand path; that extends from the Tróia
peninsula to the Melides beach in Grândola county, with
a total extension of 45 km; which is the largest extension
of beach in the country,in a continuous golden sand
path bathed by the sea and protected by the plains. The
22
coastline landscape is characterized by a low seashore
of extense sandy beaches, in places resulting by the red
sediments of the recent sandy scarps.
Its territory is rich in natural and cultural attractions, with
a whole set of modern infrastructures at disposal.
Located in the Alentejo, with 4 km of coast line, nearby
some of the best beaches in the country and other existing
resorts, this building land will provide an excellent site
for a resort. Integrated in the Alentejo costland project,
with a total area of 16000 ha and 32 hotels and 7 new golf
ranges to be built.
Pinheiro da Cruz is a 1589 ha property to which there is a
project including to 2000 beds distributed by hotels and
residential areas, as well as a golf course with 80 ha. This
project will be near other existing resorts.
The portuguese application of Comporta to the Ryder’s
Cup 2018 organization, the third biggest event in
the world after the Olympics and the Football World
Championship; represents an important asset to leverage
the development of Alentejo’s coastline as a new touristic
destiny.
