Symposia – thematic presentation proposals, organized by proponents, to be presented orally by a proponent coordinator in a panel set by the organizing committee. The symposium will integrate at least 3 presentations and a maximum of 5. Attendees who take part in the symposium should work together in the proposed theme and prepare questions for the debate. Registration is only valid upon payment. Each proposal should have a communication application and an associated payment (at least one of the authors). Each registered attendee may submit up to two proposals (confirmation needed on registration). Communications – presentation proposals about intervention programs or research projects at an advanced stage of development or already completed, to be presented orally, integrated into panels formed by the Organizing Committee. Posters - presentation proposals on intervention programs or research projects at an early stage, in progress or already completed, to be displayed visually with discussion in concurrent sessions. Posters may have as maximum measures - 1, 20 m (height) by 1,00 m (width). Submission of abstracts by email to [email protected], in .doc format, Times New Roman, 12 (up to 200 words in the body text, with the email contact and the preference in terms of oral presentation or poster). Each oral presentation should not exceed 10 minutes; 20 minutes will be reserved for discussion and contributions. Deadlines Call for abstracts – April 8 Confirmation of communication acceptance – April 22 Full text submission for publication in the journal “Giftedness” – May 8 The article to be published should follow APA guidelines and be formated in Times New Roman, size 12 and double-spaced. Texts cannot exceed 15 pages, including tables, figures and bibliography (tables and figures should come already incorporated in the text and not at the end of it). Full texts that are not structured as articles will not be published.
