A Importância do Posicionamento e Conforto de Crianças Acamadas

RESUMO
Este trabalho foi realizado por meio e reviso bibliográfica com o objetivo de mostrar
a importância do posicionamento correto das crianças acamadas, o conforto proporcionado
a elas com a intenção de não aumentar o período de internação em conseqüência a
atividades alheias a patologia; demonstrar que existe um correto procedimento de
posicionamento e que este faz parte das orientações de enfermagem. A literatura demonstra
quais os corretos procedimentos de posicionamento para diminuir o tempo de
convalescença das crianças nas enfermarias pediátricas e apresenta os posicionamentos
adequados para estas crianças acamadas. O trabalho foi construído através de consultas em
bibliotecas e banco de dados da internet (LILACS, SCIELO, entre outros), dando
preferência as publicações dos últimos dez anos (de 1996 a 2006), focalizando o assunto
referente à crianças em enfermarias pediátricas, verificando o tempo de internação ,
acompanhamento dos pais e evolução do quadro clínico. Conclui-se que o posicionamento
correto e o conforto são importantes para a recuperação progressiva das crianças e
encurtamento do tempo de internação.

ABSTRACT
This work was carried through by means of bibliographical revision with the
objective to show the importance of the correct positioning of the bad children, the
proportionate comfort they with the intention not to increase the period of internment in
consequence the other people’s activities the pathology; to demonstrate that a correct
procedure of positioning exists and that this is part of the orientation of nursing. Literature
demonstrates to which the correct procedures of positioning to diminish the time of
convalescence of the children in the pediatrics infirmaries and presents the positioning
adjusted for these of the bad children. The work was constructed through consultations in
data base, of the internet (LILACS, SCIELO, among others), user f the preference the
publications for last the ten years (of 1996 the 2006), focusing the referring subject the
children in pediatrics infirmaries, verifying the time of internment, accompaniment of the
parents and evolution of the clinical picture. One concludes that the cored positioning and
the comfort are important for the gradual recovery of the children and shortening of the
internet time.
