TERM OF ADHERENCE
TERMO DE ADESÃO
For all intents and purposes, the undersigned, in
the capacity of shareholder of Mirae Asset Equity
Value Fundo de Investimento em Ações (the
“Fund”), enrolled with the Finance Ministry (CNPJ)
under number 10.566.012/0001-31, an investment
fund constituted in the terms of the amended
version of CVM instruction 409/04, by this
instrument, in compliance with article 30, CVM
Instruction 409/04, expressly declares:
Pelo presente e para todos os fins de direito, o
abaixo assinado, na qualidade de cotista do
Mirae Asset Equity Value Fundo de
Investimento em Ações (“Fundo”), inscrito no
CNPJ/MF sob o 10.566.012/0001-31, fundo de
investimento constituído nos termos da Instrução
da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários nº 409/04
(“ICVM 409/04”), conforme alterada, neste ato,
em atendimento ao disposto no artigo 30 da ICVM
409/04, declara expressamente:
i) To have received a copy of the Fund Regulation,
duly registered with the 9th Register of Documents
of the Capital City of the State of Sao Paulo;
i) ter recebido um exemplar do Prospecto e do
Regulamento do Fundo, devidamente registrado
no 9º Oficial de Registro de Títulos e Documentos
e Civil de Pessoa Jurídica da Capital do Estado
de São Paulo;
ii) To have read the Fund Regulation, and to agree
with its terms totally;
ii) ter lido inteiramente o Regulamento e o
Prospecto do Fundo, concordando integralmente
com os seus termos;
iii) To know about the administration fee to be
charged, as well as other fees charged by the Fund;
iii) ter conhecimento da taxa de administração
cobrada, bem como demais encargos incidentes
sobre o Fundo;
iv) To know and recognize the validity of the
obligations and rules established in the Fund
Regulation;
iv) conhecer e reconhecer como válidas as
obrigações e normas contidas no Regulamento
do Fundo;
v) To be aware of and agree with the investment
policy adopted by the Fund, as well as the
associated risks;
v) estar ciente e de acordo com a política de
investimento adotada pelo Fundo, bem como dos
riscos associados a ela;
vi) To recognize the risks the Fund is subject to,
which are inherent to the financial market; it’s
prohibited to claim to disagree with the operational
strategy adopted by the institution in charge of Fund
Administration, Citibank Distribuidora de Títulos e
Valores Mobiliários S.A.;
vi) reconhecer os riscos aos quais o Fundo está
sujeito, inerentes ao mercado financeiro, sendo
defeso alegar discordância com a estratégia
operacional
adotada
pela
instituição
administradora do Fundo, qual seja, a Citibank
Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A.;
vii) To be aware that the risks which are inherent to
the Fund’s activities may cause adverse variations
in the Fund’s net worth, by making applications
which risk part of or the totality of its net worth;
vii) estar ciente de que os riscos inerentes à
atividade do Fundo poderão acarretar variações
adversas do patrimônio do Fundo, inclusive
realizando aplicações que coloquem em risco
parte ou a totalidade de seu patrimônio;

viii) To be aware of the possibility of occurrence of
a negative net worth in the Fund and, in this case,
of your responsibility for eventual additional
applications of resources in the Fund;
viii) estar ciente da possibilidade de ocorrência de
patrimônio líquido negativo do Fundo e, nesse
caso, de sua responsabilidade por conseqüentes
aportes adicionais de recursos no Fundo;
ix) To be aware that applications in the Fund are
not guaranteed by the Administrator or the Credit
Guarantee Fund – FGC;
ix) ter conhecimento de que as aplicações no
Fundo não contam com garantia da instituição
administradora ou do Fundo Garantidor de
Créditos – FGC; e
x) In case this investment has been preceded by a
process of evaluation of the investor’s risks profile
through the undertaking of the “Investor’s Profile
Questionnaire”, declares to be aware of the risks
inherent to the investment chosen, regardless of
an eventual divergence to the result of the
questionnaire abovementioned.
x) caso este investimento tenha sido derivado de
um processo de identificação de perfil de risco do
investidor através do preenchimento do
"Questionário de Perfil do Investidor", declaro ter
ciência dos riscos decorrentes do investimento
escolhido, ainda que o mesmo seja diferente
daquele resultante do referido questionário de
acordo com o meu perfil.
The present Term of Adherence is valid for
applications made in the Fund on behalf of the
shareholder.
O presente Termo de Adesão é válido para
aplicações feitas no Fundo em nome do cotista.
The present Term of Adherence shall be
governed by the laws in Brazil. The signatory
signs the present instrument in both Portuguese
and English languages. In case of any divergence
of interpretation, the party hereto acknowledges
and agrees, hereby, the Portuguese text shall
prevail.

O presente Termo de Adesão será regido pelas
leis
do
Brasil. O
signatário assina
o
presente documento em Português e em
Inglês. Na hipótese de haver qualquer
discrepância entre as versões em língua
portuguesa e inglesa, o signatário desde já
manifesta sua ciência e concordância que a
versão em língua portuguesa deverá prevalecer.
