Purpose: The purpose of this research study was understanding and describing the importance of the health professionals to give support to care of their child at Nursing Consultation in Child Health. Background: The study was conducted at the at the Nursing Consultation in Child Health of Centro Assistencial Cruz de Malta, Sao Paulo-Brazil, philanthropic non governmental institution that maintains a Teaching Care Integration Program with the Nursing School from University Federal São Paulo (UNIFESP) 1. Methods: Qualitative research used Symbolic Interactionism as the theoretical framework and the Grounded Theory as methodological framework. Eight adolescent mother aged between 15 and 19 years old who lived the experience of take care their children took part in this study. Data collection tool were observant participation and semi-structured interviews which intends allowing the construction of theoretical model: Overcoming difficulties with the power of love. This process led to the emergence of various representative categories of different aspects of the investigated experience, among which we will highlight: Having support to care of the child at Nursing Consultation in Child Health 2. Results: It was found that adolescent mothers value the Nursing Consultation in order to provide support to care for their child. Therefore, it plays an important role to promote significant nursing assistance regarding their baby, family and network support in the sense of providing conditions that not only take care of the child but also in shaping her identity like adolescent and mother. Our experience reflected in qualification and satisfaction in their performance like mother and valuation of their esteem as well as providing conditions to return to school and continue their life projects that still exists 2-3 Final Consideration/ Conclusion: The full understanding of the importance of our practice as being a humanized nursing care shows us how it has been important to maintain a channel permanently trusted and opened with the adolescent mother including the whole context which will provide conditions to establish a health bound and increase their sense of security. Finally, the importance of implementing the Nursing Consultation in Child Health should be emphasized in different levels of healthcare.
