ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE MARKET
Rotation of the Independent Auditors
Pursuant to the provision in Article 31 to CVM Instruction 308/99, which rules on the
rotation of the external auditors every five years, we wish to announce that the Board
of Directors of ITAÚSA – INVESTIMENTOS ITAÚ S.A., in a meeting of today’s date,
has approved the engagement of the company BDO RCS Auditores
Independentes S/S. The company will execute the external audit services of
ITAÚSA - INVESTIMENTOS ITAÚSA’s account statements as from the review of the
quarterly information (“ITR”) for the period terminating March 31, 2015 in substitution
of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes, the latter having expressed its
agreement as to the justification for the substitution.
