Development for the Economic segment has estimated PSV of R$64.4
million and 400 units. The first two phases are sold out. Phase 3’s sales
stand at 75%.

launching:
INNOVA SÃO FRANCISCO – 4th Phase
Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário and Rodobens Negócios Imobiliários launched,
yesterday, the fourth phase of Innova São Francisco em Osasco, SP. This new phase has 400 units
of 57m², 65m2 and 74m² each. The units are priced between R$140 thousand and R$187
thousand. The project’s PSV is R$64.4 million (CCDI participation: R$32.2 million, or 50%).
Innova São Francisco is a condominium with complete leisure infra-structure. The entire
development is a 12-tower, 1,690 units complex with total PSV of R$230.4 million (CCDI’s stake:
R$115.2 million).
The two first phases of the Innova São Francisco, launched on December 28, 2007, had all its 868
units sold out in a few weeks. The speed of sales of the third phase of Innova maintained the
amazing pace of the first and second phases. Launched on February 29, 2008, the third phase was
75% sold on March 31, 2008. With the sales performance, Innova became one of the mostsuccessful real estate launchings in the São Paulo Metropolitan Area Market – ever.
