pursuant to Article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby discloses to the market that:
On August 15, 2012, Ridgecrest LLC, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
of America ("Ridgecrest") declared that, considering recent sales of the Company’s outstanding shares, on
August 13, 2012 it held, directly or indirectly, 3.43% of the Company’s outstanding common shares,
representing 5,326,613 (Five million, three hundred and twenty six thousand, six hundred and
thirteen) common shares.
Attached hereto is the Statement of Material Reduction in Shareholdings sent by Ridgecrest.
