I/We hereby offer to supply the stores detailed herewith below at
the price hereunder quoted and agree to hold this offer open till
.................I/We shall be bound to supply the stores hereby offered
upon the issue of Purchase Order communicating the acceptance
thereof on or before the expiry of the last mentioned date. You are at
liberty to accept any one or more of the items of stores tendered for or
any portion of any one or more of the items of such stores. I/We,
notwithstanding that the offer in the tender has not been accepted in
whole, shall be bound to supply to you such items and such portion of
one or more of items as may be specified in the said Purchase Order
communicating the acceptance.

4. 4. In case you are registered with DPS,NSIC,DGTD
and DGS&D, a copy of same may be submitted
5. 5. Delivery is the essence of contract and ex-stock
offers will be preferable. However earliest forward
delivery may also be indicated
6. 6. You are required to quote UNITS as mentioned in
our tender for consideration
I/We have understood the General Conditions of all contracts
and Special conditions of contract governing supplies of Plant and
Machinery in the form No. DPS P-11 included in the pamphlet titled
"General Conditions of all contracts and Special conditions of contracts
governing supplies of Plant and Machinery applicable to contracts"
placed by the Directorate of Purchase & Stores (under Government of
India, Department of Atomic Energy) and the instructions to Tenderers
annexed to the invitation to Tender Form No. DPS P-44 and have
thoroughly examined the specifications / drawing and / or pattern
quoted or referred to above and I am / We are fully aware of the
nature of the stores and our offer to supply the stores is strictly in
accordance with the requirement subject to the terms and conditions
stipulated in the form DPS P-11 and also contained in the Purchase
Order communicating acceptance of this Tender.
