A Unidade de Transferência e Filtragem Serthi, modelo SHL 1.600-M é dotada de bomba,
motor elétrico, um pré-filtro destinado à retenção de partículas maiores e outros dois
filtros de 10 microns, para limpeza mais apurada, montados em carrinho manual.

Filtro (A) - instalados na linha de pressão, com elementos filtrantes descartáveis,
possibilitam uma troca rápida, sem a necessidade de remoção do filtro da Unidade.
Filters (a) - There are two filters with capacity to eliminate the particles bigger than 10
micron. The intelligent design offer to you a fast exchange of the filter element.
Bomba de Engrenagem (B) - Com o corpo em alumínio desloca 16.0 cm3 por rotação
Pump (B) - TGear pump with aluminum body and pumping 16.0 cm3 rotation;
Filtro Tela (C) - para retenção de partículas maiores
Previous Filter (C) - screen filter to eliminate the big particles.
Motor Elétrico (E) - potência de 1HP, 1750 rpm, 220/380V - 60 HZ
Electric Engine (E) - Electric engine with 1HP, 1750 rpm, 220/380V - 60 HZ.
Operação ( E/G ) - a unidade é acionada por um motor de 1 HP- 1.750 rpm 220V/380V* 60Hz trifásico ( mod.standard ), que aciona a bomba de 16 cm3/rot. Acompanha cabo de
alimentação de 6 metros e mangueiras flexíveis de sucção e retôrno de 2,10 mts.
Operation (E/G) - When you start the electric engine the hydraulic pumps immediately start as
well, which suctions the oil from the machine through the flexible hose so that the
cleaning process is done by three filters dimensioned to do so After that the oil returns to
the machine by another hose. There is a 6 meter cable in the unit.
Vacuômetros ( H ) - indica o nível de saturação dos dois elementos
de filtragem, sinalizando o momento da troca dos mesmos.
Vacuum-gauges (H) - There are two vacuum gauges to show us the level of oil saturation.
Bandeja ( i ) - evita o incômodo e o perigo de manchas e/ou vazamentos de óleo no piso
das áreas industriais.
Tray (i) - There is one tray to avoid that the drops of oil fall on the floor
