Histórico da Fazenda
A Fazenda São Lourenço tem como princípio a produção de cafés
diferenciados, além de respeitar e valorizar seus colaboradores e a comunidade,
aliando tecnologia, preservação de recursos hídricos, da fauna e da flora e o
incentivo ao consumo ético.
Desde 2008, a Fazenda São Lourenço é certificada pela Rainforest Alliance e
pela Utz Certified, o que assegura seu comprometimento com práticas agrícolas
sustentáveis e sua preocupação com a melhoria na distribuição de renda,
escolaridade e conscientização de seus funcionários.
A fazenda adota técnicas de agricultura de precisão, buscando racionalizar o
uso de insumos agrícolas ao se manejar o solo e proteger as plantas, respeitando a
variabilidade espacial existente. Entre os resultados obtidos, destacam-se a
redução de impactos ambientais e a maior segurança para as comunidades.

History of the farm
Fazenda São Lourenço has as its principles the production of differentiated
coffees, as well as respecting and valuing its employees and the community,
combining technology, preservation of water resources, flora and fauna and to
encourage ethical consumption.
Since 2008, the St. Lawrence Farm is certified by the Rainforest Alliance and
Utz Certified, which ensures its commitment to sustainable farming practices and
their concern with the improvement in income distribution, education and
awareness of its employees.
The farm adopts techniques of precision agriculture, seeking to rationalize
the use of agricultural inputs when handling the soil and protecting plants,
respecting the existing spatial variability. Among the results, we highlight the
reduction of environmental impacts and major safety for our communities.
The constant training, attention to the details and care for the crops cause
each season to have coffee with superior quality and continue in the process of
continuous improvement to achieve the perfect cup.
