As a Key Account Manager in KhayaMedia you will be responsible for one selected key client (account) to which you hold the ultimate responsibility of ensuring they: Have an open and unrestricted channel to reach you and KM; Have all their needs and requests satisfied on a timely and professional manner; Some of the tasks expected for this position are: Manage all needs of the account appointed to you; Keep KM’s databases up-to-date with clients‘ contacts and other related information; Ensure that the services and accommodation options delivered are in line with the client’s expectations; Analyse potential opportunities to grow the account; Meet the targets set for your position (to be set in coordination with the Sales Manager). Education: Bachelor Degree (required).
