Job Description – Key Account Manager JAPAN
Reports to: Sales Manager / Country Manager

the international media.

As a Key Account Manager in KhayaMedia you will be responsible for one selected
key client (account) to which you hold the ultimate responsibility of ensuring they:


Have an open and unrestricted channel to reach you and KM;
Have all their needs and requests satisfied on a timely and professional
manner;
Some of the tasks expected for this position are:





Manage all needs of the account appointed to you;
Keep KM’s databases up-to-date with clients‘ contacts and other
related information;
Ensure that the services and accommodation options delivered are in
line with the client’s expectations;
Analyse potential opportunities to grow the account;
Meet the targets set for your position (to be set in coordination with the
Sales Manager). Potential targets might be:
o Site inspections;
o Request response time;
o Request response quality;

Desired profile:

Customer care/Account Managerment experience (Hospitality, Tourism,

Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;



Events, etc.);
Ability to work under pressure, and solve problems with an analytical
approach;
Self-motivated and flexible;
Initiative, thoroughness and sense of urgency.
Education:

Bachelor Degree (required).
Language Skills:

Japanese: Fluent (Written and Spoken)

Portuguese: Fluent (Written and Spoken)

English: Fluent (Written and Spoken)
