Specialization Course on Clinical and Therapeutic Communication
The course will last 2 days (12 hours) and will be conducted by George Prigatano and Yehuda
Ben-Yishay. The target audience will be psychologists, ocupational therapists e speech
therapists that work with patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). It will show:

How to formulate a master plan for tackling cognitive, personal, and family issues of
TBI patients
How to communicate with the patient, his or her family, friends, and other SO’s
This course is limited to the maximum og 30 registrations. Role playing exercises will be used.
Participants will be divided into 2 groups (15 people each). Each group will spend 4 hours with
George Prigatano and Yehuda Ben-Yishay, providing the participants with the opportunity to
observe different perspectives and styles. On Saturday, there will be a joint activity of questions
and answers.
