Teacher of Linguistics in an education course for indigenous teachers in Brazil. The aim of the course was to give instruments to the indigenous populations to teach in their own language and to prepare pedagogical material, grammars and dictionaries of their native languages. (January 1995) Contacted the Neurology Department of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and helped in the creation of the Aphasiology Out-Patient Clinic with prof.
