Shareholding and Management Transactions
Grupo Soares da Costa SGPS, SA informs that, received a communication from Parinama – Participações
e Investimentos, SGPS, SA, giving note of the following:
“For the purposes of Article 248. B of the Portuguese Securities Code and Article 14. CMVM Regulation
no. 5/2008, Parinama - Participações e Investimentos, SGPS, SA (formerly Numercomplet, SGPS, Lda
Unipessoal), headquartered at Rua Tierno Galvan - Amoreiras, Tower 3, 3, Fractions "DI", "DJ" and "DK,
in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon 1070-274, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon under the
sole registration number 509 016 987, with share capital of 50,000.00, Euros ("Parinama") provided the
following information:

On May 28, 2014, Parinama sold through transactions on the regulated market (Euronext
Lisbon), 467,000 shares of SDC- Investimentos, SGPS, SA for 0.27 Euros/ per share;

On May 29, 2014, Parinama sold through transactions on the regulated market (Euronext
Lisbon), 211,000 shares of SDC- Investimentos, SGPS, SA for 0.2701 Euros/ per share.
Following the disposals mentioned above, on May 29, 2014, Parinama held on that date 10,789,000
shares, representing 6.74% of the share capital and voting rights of Soares da Costa; the voting rights
held by Parinama in Soares da Costa are also attributable to Ms. Ana Maria Martins Caetano, with tax
number 158 654 137, that fully owns the share capital of Parinama.”.
