Tarcísio José Massote de Godoy
Board of Directors Chairman appointed by controller shareholder in January
2015, he has been Banco do Brasil Board of Directors member from 2003 to
2010. Since January 2015, he is the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of
Finance. In Banco do Brasil’s Conglomerate he held the positions of CEO from
2007 to 2010 and member of the Board of Directors from 2006 to 2007, both in
Brasilprev. He also was Fiscal Counselor of BB Banco de Investimentos from
1998 a 1999 and from BB Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários from
2002 to 2003. He held several functions in public administration, such as
Deputy Secretary of the Supplementary Pensions Department of the Ministry of
Social Security, Deputy Secretary and Acting Secretary of the National Treasury
of the Ministry of Finance. He is certified as a Board of Directors Member and
Fiscal Counselor by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, and acted
as Member of the Board of Serpro between 2001 to 2006, of the Deliberate
Council of Funcef from 2002 to 2007 and surrogate Fiscal Counselor of
Companhia Vale do Rio Doce from 2003 to 2007. Before being appointed for
the Ministry of Finance, he acted as Executive Director of Bradesco Seguros
and Chief Executive Officer of Bradesco Auto RE from 2010 to 2014. He holds
a degree in Civil Engineering from Brasília University, and specialization in Port
and Waterways and Geotechnical, also in Brasília University.
Adriana Queiroz de Carvalho
Board of Directors Vice-Chairman, appointed by controller shareholder.
Banco do Brasil’s Board of Directors member since 2009 and Board of Directors
vice-chairman since April 2013. She has been the General Attorney of the
National Treasury since 2009 and Deputy General Attorney from 2006 to 2009.
She started the career of Attorney of the National Treasury in 1993. She was
also a member of Santa Catarina State’s Bank Board of Directors from 2004 to
2007. Mrs. Carvalho is graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas
Gerais and has an MBA in Economic Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Alexandre Corrêa Abreu
Member of the Board of Directors, CEO and President of the Executive
Board of Banco do Brasil. Mr. Abreu joined BB's staff in 1986. He held the
positions as Vice-President of Retail Services, Vice-President of Retail,
Distribution and Operations, Director of Insurance, Pension Plans and
Capitalization Bonds, Director of Credit and Debit Cards, Division Manager and
Regional Manager in the São Paulo Superintendence. He is member of the
board of directors of Elo Participations, BB Mapfre SH1 and Votorantim Bank,
and also member of the Advisory Board of Previ. He holds a Bachelor's degree
in Administration and an MBA in Marketing and General Training for Senior
Executives.
Manoel Carlos de Castro Pires
Member of the Board of Directors of Banco do Brasil appointed by
controller shareholder in April 2015. Economic Adviser of Ministry of Planning,
Budgeting and Management, was also a member of the Board of Directors of
Serpro in 2011, Novacap from 2013 to 2014 and of the Supervisory Board of
Caixa Econômica Federal from 2011 to 2015. Acted as Planning Technician of
IPEA from 2004 to 2008, General Coordinator of Fiscal Policy in the Economic
Policy Secretariat and Programs Director of the Executive Secretary of the
Ministry of Finance from 2011 to 2015. He holds barchelor degree in
Economics from Fluminense Federal University, Master’s Degree in Economics
from Rio de Janeiro Federal University and PhD in Economics from Brasília’s
University.
Juliana Publio Donato de Oliveira
Member of the Board of Directors ellected by employees in April 2015.
She’s Banco do Brasil’s employee since 2008, currently working as B Assistant
in GECEX SP II - Foreign Trade Management. Graduated in Psychology in
Parana’s Federal University in 2008. Also acts as union delegate and is
member of CIPA - Internal Committee of Accident Prevention in São João
Complex - São Paulo.
Luiz Serafim Spinola Santos
Member of the Board of Directors appointed by minority shareholders in
April 2015. Mr. Spinola is member of the Board of Directors of Aegea
Saneamento since 2014, Cremer since 2006 and João Fortes Engenharia since
2007. He also was part of the Boards of Metalúrgica Guerdau from 2012 to
2014 and Líder Taxi Aéreo from 2011 to 2013, among others. He is vice
president of Abrasca - Brazilian Association of Listed Companies since 2009,
President of Abrasca’s Self-Regulation of Listed Companies Board, Mergers
and Acquisitions Board since 2014 and Capital Market Regulation Board of
Anbima since 2005. From 2010 to 2012 he was professor of the Counselor
Development Course in Dom Cabral Foundation. Graduated in Civil
Engineering and Master’s Degree in Production Engineering from Federal
University of Rio de Janeiro.
Beny Parnes
Member of the Board of Directors appointed by minority shareholders in
April 2015. Mr. Parnes is Chief Economist of SPX Capital since 2013. He was
Executive Director and member of the Executive Committee of BBM Bank from
2004 to 2012 and International Director of Brazilian Central Bank from 2002 a
2003. Graduated in Economics from Rio de Janeiro’s Pontifical Catholic
University.
