DEADLINE EXTENSION FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS AND AMENDMENT TO
ONE ELEMENT OF THE TERMS OF REFERENCE
Luanda, September 2015 - Sonangol E.P., as the national concessionaire of the mining
rights for exploration, development and production of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons in
Angola, would like to inform the prequalified companies (listed below) for the blocks in the
onshore areas of the Lower Congo (CON 1, CON 5 and CON 6) and Kwanza basins (KON3,
KON 5, KON 6, KON 7, KON 8, KON 9 and KON 17) the following:

The deadline for submission of the proposals for the bid rounds of the blocks
mentioned above, originally scheduled for September 18th, 2015 shall be extended
to October 01st, 2015.

Due to an error, the Terms of Reference that were published in the press release
regarding the opening of the bid rounds, stated that the Minimum Work Program
for the Initial Exploration Phase should include, among other requirements, 750
km2 of 3D seismic Long Offset. Therefore, we would like to rectify it and inform
that the Minimum Work Program for the Initial Exploration Phase should include,
among other requirements, 750 Km of Linear Seismic 2D Long Offset.
