Business synergy
Having education in its broadest sense as the central focus of their operations is what
differentiates the Positivo group companies. Recognition of the quality achieved over 42
years is the company’s hallmark and is reflected in the activities of each of its businesses:
Editora Positivo, which produces the educational books and teaching systems used by
more than 1 million students in Brazil and Japan; Positivo Informática, a pioneer in
combining technology and teaching to open new horizons in education; and Posigraf,
which prints the books and educational materials for students in the Positivo schools
and programs and in associated institutions. Since 2012, this common goal has been
further strengthened by the foundation of the Instituto Positivo, created to leverage joint actions and foment the engagement of all the units in education-related
projects that provoke a positive social impact.
The synergy between the companies is the group’s major differential. The drive
and commitment that have made Positivo a national benchmark in education
– provoking positive effects on the whole of society and not just in its schools
– represent today the seal of quality and seriousness that characterize each
of the Positivo companies in their quest to make a relevant contribution to
education and social transformation in Brazil.
Recognition of the
tradition of quality
achieved over 42 years
in activity is Positivo’s
hallmark.
