Participants will learn a Latvian dance with a Latvian dancer – it is fun and culturally relevant!
Ver, olhar, mirar… dentro, atravessar a pele e parar no coração. Ancorado no espaço local do corpo
analisar esse mapa, mais o outro, o seguinte e o depois do seguinte para chegar ao espaço global.
Este workshop pretende contribuir para a promoção de uma cidadania global responsável, que tenha
por base os pilares basilares da solidariedade, da paz e da justiça através do desenvolvimento da
comunicação e interpretação dos significados da linguagem artística.
This workshop is dealing with children’s folklore; games and traditional dances. The question of
transmitting cultural traditions from one generation to the next in an age-specific way. It is said in
general that the culture and the national heritage has been weakening since the sixties as a result of
people leaving their agrarian occupations and moving to town, changes in family systems and in the
Children’s
folklore, games way of life as well as globalization. In pedagogy it is important to see that the parts of the tradition
and traditional considered valuable in the culture are being transmitted to future generations. The keepers of
traditions, parents, teachers and researchers have to pass their successors all that is meaningful and
dances
worth preserving and consolidating. If not, the richness and diversity of cultural traditions will
diminish, and so will the joy of traditions. This workshop will show in practical level, how it is possible
to act with tradition and children’s folklore and cultural heritage.

What’s the meaning of music? How can you make your own song? The band Vanderlinde will play
your song on stage.
Os participantes irão fazer música em conjunto, utilizando sons produzidos com a voz, corpo ou
objectos, com o intuito de construir imagens (ou paisagens) sonoras. Qualquer pessoa pode

RESUMO
Sinopse
perspectivas abertas pela sócio-semiótica, a proxémica e a teoria discursiva. Desocultar-se-ão, nos
textos e discursos visuais, os mecanismos de abertura e fechamento e as dinâmicas que possibilitam e
restringem a liberdade dos leitores perante a construção do significado. Os instrumentos de leitura
fornecidos serão aplicados na leitura de uma imagem onde, de modo exemplar, se denuncia ainda a
presença de um regime de poder, passível de ser estudado a partir da frame da iconocracia visual.
Explicação e debate sobre projectos de artes visuais e multimédia desenvolvidos por estudantes de
vários cursos na ESE do Porto. Comparação entre ESEs: Coimbra e Porto, esboço de colaborações
futuras. O workshop está associado à mostra presente na sala Alice Gouveia e à projecção multimédia
sobre o tema.

(2010- 2012). The film is about Europe as a young woman and about you. You will read the script and
become ‘Europe’ for 5 minutes, acting as a ‘multiple choice identity’.

Why am I me - archetypes, human behaviour and individual experience): The workshop will introduce
the participants with the drive of the archetypes and their effect to human behaviour in interaction
with individual experiences.

Mobility and Migration is the problem in society in all Europe.especially the youth want to migrate to
other place in Europe.What does all this mean for young people?The young people would be possible
to learn about Mobility and Migration from Dragon Mu-drama theatre, students art works.The main
multicultural norms and values (about family,attitude to others,etc.)inside the framework everybody
will meet in this journey.How may ’the multiple choice identity be prepared in and outside school for
’the multiple society”in the future?

In the ‘ Song of Europe’ there is a reference to the Great War (1914-1918). Audiofeel played it in the
trenches of Diksmuide (BE) on the 11th November 2008. The lyrics by Wim Kratsborn inspired us to
dig again in the soul of this part of our common history . Standing in (a) line will be an active and
experimental workshop focusing on identity and active citizenship. In the first part of the workshop,
we will present some poetic tools to communicate about our sensitive experiences. The exercises
will be recorded. In the second part we will use the visual data as sources for the forms of
representation. In this phase cooperation and critical reflection are necessary to create a selection of
images that are typical for their temporarily communication and common process.
