NOTICE TO THE MARKET ACQUISITION OF RELEVANT INTEREST Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S.A. (Bovespa: UCAS3), pursuant to article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/02, amended by CVM Instructions 369/02 and 449/07, informs its shareholders and the market in general that it received the attached communication from Squadra Investimentos – Gestão de Recursos Ltda. and Squadra Investments – Gestão de Recursos Ltda., as shareholders, stating that they acquired relevant interests through stock market trades via the acquisition of common shares (“ON shares”), and now hold three million, six hundred and eigthty‐eight thousand and four hundred Reais (3,688,400) shares, corresponding to approximately five point eight eight percent (5.58%) of the Company’s shares. Said acquisition is not intended to change control or the management structure of Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S.A.
