NOTICE TO THE MARKET
São Paulo, June 20, 2012 – MULTIPLUS (BM&FBOVESPA: MPLU3) hereby informs its
shareholders and the market in general that, pursuant to Article 12 of CVM Rule
358/2002 and amendments, it was notified by the investment funds, managed by
SQUADRA INVESTIMENTOS – GESTÃO DE RECURSOS LTDA., and non-resident investors,
managed by SQUADRA INVESTMENTS – GESTÃO DE RECURSOS LTDA. (jointly referred
to as “Investors”), of the following:
(i) The Investors sold the Company’s common shares they held on the
BOVESPA’s trading session on June 18, 2012, reducing their ownership interest to
approximately four point nine five percent (4.95%) on Company’s common shares.
The notice sent by Investors is attached hereto.

by CVM Rules 369/02 and 449/07, the disclosure in the IPE System of the “Notice to the
Market” below:

In compliance with CVM Rule 358/2002, amended by CVM Rules 369/02 and 449/07, the
investment funds, managed by SQUADRA INVESTIMENTOS – GESTÃO DE RECURSOS
LTDA., and the non-resident investors, managed by SQUADRA INVESTMENTS – GESTÃO
DE RECURSOS LTDA. (jointly referred to as “Investors”), hereby inform that they sold
the common shares they held in MULTIPLUS S.A. (“Company”) on the trading session
conducted at BOVESPA – São Paulo Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the Investors now hold
seven million, nine hundred eighty-seven thousand, five hundred fifty-nine (7,987,559)
common shares. Investors’ ownership interest represents approximately four point nine
five percent (4.95%) of common shares issued by the Company.
