Restoque Comércio e Confecções de Roupas S.A. (formerly Le Lis Blanc Deux Comércio e Confecções
de Roupas S.A.) (Bovespa ticker: LLIS3) (“Company”) announces that it will begin on July 29th 2010 its
quiet period prior to the release of the second quarter 2010 results.
During the quiet period, the Company will not comment on its financial results. This initiative complies
with the best practices of corporate governance and aims to ensure greater equality in the information
disclosure.
The results release is scheduled for August 12th 2010, after Bovespa’s trading session, when the quiet
period will end. The conference calls will be held August 13th 2010.
