NOTICE TO MARKET
Banco Indusval S.A. (“Company”), financial institution headquartered at Rua
Iguatemi, 151 - 6th floor, in the city and State of São Paulo, pursuant to article 12 §1 of
Instruction CVM 358, of January 3rd, 2002, as amended, publicly informs that it
received the enclosed correspondence from BNY MELLON SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS
DISTRIBUIDORA DE TÍTULOS E VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS (“BNY Mellon”) (CNPJ
02.201.501/0001-61), administrator of TEOREMA FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO DE
AÇÕES investment fund managed by TEOREMA GESTÃO DE ATIVOS LTDA, stating
that from 04/28/2015 to 09/22/2015 they sold preferred shares issued by Banco
Indusval S.A., totaling 2.730.500 (two million, seven hundred and thirty thousand five
hundred) corresponding to participation of 8.8% in the total preferred shares issued
by the Company.
Teorema also states that they have no longer participation in the Company, since the
sold shares represented the total shares held by Tejo issued by the Company.
Teorema also states that they sold the totality of the shares issued by the Company,
therefore no longer having any participation in the Company.
